Surfs Up

When I was growing up family vacations were camping and lots of it, we were an outdoors family and enjoyed being in the bush. We didn't have a lot of extra money so travelling the world and going to other countries was something I never experienced growing up. I had never been on a plane, never been in the ocean and certainly had not been out of the country let alone the province of Ontario. I made the decision that I was taking off and headed to Costa Rica for two weeks. Carly and I had a wild time exploring this amazing place, surfing for the majority of the trip but also travelling to the jungle and jumping of some killer waterfalls. I also made the switch to some new film, this roll was shot on 160 Kodak Porta. I was really happy with the change, the quality is excellent and the colours really pop with this new stuff.

Sea Safari

While Kailey and I were in Mexico, we went on a fun day of boating, horseback riding, snorkeling, had lunch on a private beach and splashed around some more in the ocean. Made a little gopro edit of the day.

Ricoh Fall Shots

Just picked up this 35mm roll from Shoppers film processing service. I have been getting them sent away there strictly due to convenience and nearly every time I get my photos back there has been an issue. They are either scanned and saved to the disc upside down, photos missing, even scanned entire rolls with the picture not in the actual frame. So that being said, I just dumped two rolls of at Henrys. It's the same price and might take a week longer but hopefully no more issues with quality. Anyways, hers a few shots from late summer/fall from the Orillia car show, camping, Olivers first bike ride, couple in the shop and the Prince of Darkness himself Ozzy.
